I have this kind of teaching experience with those local students having fashionable nonsense and blind adoration on the hybrid American English. They all believe in the irrational and vulgar culture of American and deeply consider that the American language is the Queen’s English of the entire world. In fact, they really make their study of English go astray. It is a pity, but it would be silly to bother about them. Those guys are truly hopeless and incurable students. Forget about them!
