情绪ABC理论对实习护生发生针刺伤预后效果的影响研究
摘要目的：研究情绪ABC理论对实习护生发生针刺伤频率以及针刺伤预后效果的影响，研究有利于规避实习护生发生针刺伤以及发生针刺伤后心理状态调整的方法具有重要意义。方法：本研究属于典型的类实验性研究，随机选取陕西省各大三级甲等综合医院本科实习护生176例为研究对象，将所调查到的实习护生随机分为实验小组和对照小组。采用问卷调查法对所有研究对象进行针刺伤情况调查，使用自制SAS评定量表进行心理评估。并对实验组进行正性情绪心理干预，对照组不进行干预。实验末再次进行问卷调查并分析干预结果。结果：实验组与对照组实习护生在心理干预后发生针刺伤的概率各为42.05%、63.40%，此差异具有统计学意义（P>0.05）,实验组二次发生针刺伤的概率为7.91%低于对照组15.95%，两组实验对象在发生针刺伤后情绪低落、从业积极性下降，规避二次发生针刺伤方面的差异具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:在情绪ABC理论的心理干预下，实习护生二次发生针刺伤的概率有所下降，此干预对已发生针刺伤及未发生针刺伤的实习护生的正性情绪有极大积极的影响，能够对规避实习护生发生针刺伤起积极作用，对发生针刺伤的实习护生所产生的恐惧、担忧、以及对实习工作的失落感有一定的缓解效果，情绪ABC理论对实习护生发生针刺伤的预后效果良好，值得院方对实习护生进行心理干预。

Study on the effect of emotional ABC theory on the prognosis of needle stab injury in nursing students
Objective: To study the influence of emotional ABC theory on the frequency of needle stabbing and the prognosis of needle stabbing, and to study the method of avoiding needle stabbing and the adjustment of psychological state after needle stabbing. Methods: This study belongs to a typical experimental study. 176 cases of undergraduate nursing students in three grade a general hospitals in Shaanxi Province were randomly selected as the research objects. The investigated nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All the subjects were investigated with the method of questionnaire, and psychological evaluation was carried out with SAS. Positive emotional psychological intervention was carried out in the experimental group, but not in the control group. At the end of the experiment, questionnaire survey was conducted again and the results of intervention were analyzed. Results: the probabilities of needle stabbing in the experimental group and the control group were 42.05% and 63.40% respectively after psychological intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P > 0.05). The probabilities of the second time of needle stabbing in the experimental group were 7.91% lower than that in the control group (15.95%). The two groups had the differences in the aspects of depression, employment enthusiasm and avoiding the second time of needle stabbing Statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion: under the psychological intervention of emotional ABC theory, the probabilities of the second occurrence of needle stab injury of the probationers are decreased. This intervention has a great positive impact on the positive emotions of the probationers who have already had needle stab injury and who have not. It can play a positive role in avoiding the occurrence of needle stab injury of the probationers. It can also play a positive role in the fear, worry and practice of the probationers who have needle stab injury The emotional ABC theory has a good effect on the prognosis of the needle stab injury, which is worth the hospital psychological intervention.
